Strengthening environmental sustainability in the Central Coast region

Coastal Training Program

The National Estuarine Research Reserve System established Coastal Training Programs to foster science-based resource management and ecological and social resilience within the regions served by the Reserves. The Coastal Training Program (CTP) at Elkhorn Slough Reserve works with partners to engage diverse communities in the Central Coast region (and beyond), build their capacities, and collaborate to address a wide range of critical environmental issues.

CTP and partners offer a variety of workshops throughout the year. To learn more about the Coastal Training Program, its resources, or to register for an event, click here.
